"As you lay your head down at the end of this days journey, remind yourself that it is a journey you are on. You need this time to rest. It does no good now to ponder what you wish you would've accomplished in the time that is behind you, or give worry to tomorrows trail. Let go and give way to rest, so your journey can begin anew as if no time has passed.
As you lay your head down at the end of this life's journey, remind yourself it is a journey you are on. It's time for you to rest. It does no good now to ponder what you wish you would've accomplished in the time that is behind you, or give worry to the trail that now awaits you. Let go and give way to rest, so your new journey can begin as if no time has passed."

Hey Rae,
ReplyDeleteI take power naps when I get tired. I am definitely more focused and productive when I wake up.
Power naps are wonderful little morsels in the middle of the day, aren't they!? Sometimes I can pull that off - other times I do a power rest and stretch =) Seems like more men can pull off a good power nap over women.
ReplyDeleteYou must avoid wishing that you had done this or that you had done that or else you will make the situation worse and you will attract more wishes instead of decisions.

Beautiful & so true! Thanks for sharing! God Bless!
ReplyDeleteAbsolutely Lawrence - live on purpose, do everything on purpose - that's where wishes and dreams move into happenings and realities. And if it wasn't meant to be, move forward. Looking back is where regret is created in our hearts. That is a sad and stagnant place to live indeed.
ReplyDeleteBrian and Felicia - thank you and God bless you both!
